Cast Iron Enchilada at Jack Allen's Kitchen
On request, they made something custom . Smothered in a creamy chipotle sauce. One of the finest dishes i ever had. Absolutely worth it.
(Regular one comes with Chicken, you can ask them to made veggie only but add omelet/egg)
